The Giving Tree at Chestnut Square is a way to remember and honor individuals in the community for their contributions 0f time, talents, and reasure. It serves to highligh their sacrifices and hard work in the community.
At Chestnut Square, we focus on preserving and celebrating local history and the people who have made an impact. The goal of the Giving Tree is to provide a space for individuals to celebrate and honor their loved ones. By donating, you are not just helping the history of your / your loved one continue but also making more history in McKinney and educating others on McKinnye’s history.
There are three levels of donations:
Leaf of Harmony – which is brass, is known for the ease and style of how they work and bringing peace to the process $500.00 – $2500.00
Leaf of Strength – which is steel is known for its strength, infrastucture, tools and hardworking metal. $2500.00 – $5000.00
Leaf of Service and Versatility – Copper is known for being versatile as well as Conductive. 5000.00 +
