Do you have local food or goods to sell? To become a vendor at the Chestnut Square Farmers Market, please submit your application after reviewing all rules and regulations from the City of McKinney and the State. Forms are available to download and should be sent to the correct location listed on the form.

Notice to potential vendors

The Farmers Market at Chestnut Square is always accepting applications for new vendors but please be aware that the market is near capacity and we may not be able to accommodate new vendors immediately.

Also, we strive to not saturate the market with vendors selling the same products. How many vendors we allow per product is based on the demands of the market. At this time we are not able to accommodate vendors selling the following products:

  • Meats of any type.
  • Eggs
  • Soaps
  • Jellies
  • Pickles
  • Baked goods
  • Honey
  • Flowers

Occasionally circumstances change and a spot may open up. If you would like to be accepted into the market and put on our waitlist, feel free to submit an application along with the $35 fee. You would be one of the first in line in the event that a spot became available.
